CUSD4 maintains Facility Design and Construction Standards (School Facilities Manual) to convey the district's requirements for design of capital improvement projects and the development of construction procurement documents.

Facilities Information

CUSD4 maintains record documents for facilities owned by the district. Documents are available for reference by design and construction professionals to aid in the effective planning and development of facility capital improvement programs. Vendors are required to execute an electronic files waiver release letter (Digital Data Agreement) to access documents.
